Shouldn’t I turn from what’s evil

Yes I forgive you for all that you’ve done.

You’re no longer captive to what is past.

My anger is finished: there’s no more wrath.

All has subsided that kept us at odds.

All persons involved put down their ramrods.

We learn and we live each on our own path.

New year begins, both of us free at last.

Nothing but lessons from what is now gone.
